Marlene has been a licensed Realtor since 1997 after relocating to Kelowna in 1996 from Saskatoon. Marlene is a buyer specialist with a real ability to listen to her buyer's needs to help find that "perfect" home!

Marlene is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan where she earned a degree in Psychology and a diploma in business management. Before her career in Real Estate Marlene spent many years in retail sales and management perfecting her skills in customer service and satisfaction. Marlene’s “Ultimate Service” guarantee is her mantra having won the “Ultimate Service” Award every year since joining the Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty office.


Blake has been a licensed Realtor since 1986. He worked for his father, long time Realtor Bert Roberts in Winnipeg Manitoba with Rancho Realty part of Qualico Developments. Qualico was the largest land developer in Winnipeg and Blake marketed both new and existing homes.


In 1991, he relocated to his "dream city" Kelowna BC where he worked for the land development business Shore West Realty. In 1993 he joined Countrywide Hoover Realty and was there until Countrywide was purchased by Royal Lepage in 1999.
In 2003, Blake moved to Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty Canada's #1 Coldwell Banker office.

When not working with his clients, or spending time with his family and daughters, Blake volunteers his time with the Okanagan Sun Football Club where he has been a director since 1992.
